The Vanguard 15 is a double handed, one-design boat.  It is lighter, faster, and easier to transport than many other comparable dinghies.  The V-15 is ideal for both high caliber fleet racing and for day sailing with the family.  There are active fleets in Portland, Seattle, Bainbridge Island, Port Townsend, Silverdale, Port Angeles, Orcas and San Juan Islands.

This web site is intended to be the main communication tool for Fleet #69, an area that encompasses Oregon, Washington and British Columbia.   We hope this site will be a useful tool for all V-15 sailors to communicate and stay informed.
